Tierra Administrative Boards

The Tierra Adminstrative Boards or TABs are the local adminstrative organizations of the TIMU Treaty member states. They are made up of representatives of government, business and civil society who maintain their nation's carbon accounts in their balance of payments. In the global South where member states are receiving very substantial sums from the ecological debtor nations in the global North the TABs are one step removed from their governments who still are responsible for their monetary, financial and economic policies. The TABs decide in consultation with their governments how to best allocate the Tierra funds.
