UNITAR invitation

TheUN Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) has selected my abstract on the TFD and invited me to prepare a paper for its second conference on environmental governance and democracy with its theme "Strengthening Institutions to address climate change and the green economy" at Yale University from 17-9 September 2010.
